Karin Sokel delivers to The Lighthouse in Annapolis, MD. She writes “The Lighthouse is not only a community shelter, but a homeless prevention support center, offering a powerful bridge from homelessness to independence. Staff and volunteers (pictured with me) were there to greet us and happily help John and me unload Encephalon's 350 pounds of warm blankets, socks and gloves for residents and those they serve. This is the 2nd year in a row that we have donated to this beautiful organization.”

Karin Sokel delivers to Baltimore Outreach Services. Karin writes: “This is a shelter is held in the basement of Christ Lutheran Church., providing serviced and programs to homeless women and their children. This was a powerful meeting, in that, I got to see and chat with some of the women and children who would be the recipients of our donations. And Yvette (pictured with me) was warm and energized, and you'll note on one of the photos, that beautiful orb at her heart center. I could feel her love and gratitude..... “
